Proposed Free PDF reports: signup would be required to issue, download or print a report. Under the proposed Free plan, calculations and report history would not be saved. During Beta 1, the existing one-user workspace remains free. A PDF you download is yours to keep.
Engineering: save and revise engineering work within your existing project permissions. It adds no extra user, storage quota or workspace administration rights.
Connections: use your eligible Claude or ChatGPT account; provider plans and usage limits apply. Managed access does not include unlimited model usage. Xero requires your own subscription.
Voice & storage: subscriptions can be billed yearly for ten times the monthly rate. Voice minutes reset each month. Top-ups stay A$10; no automatic overage charges.
A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Under the proposal, Engineering would be optional for Teams members who need saved calculations and revision history in shared projects. Public calculators and free-account PDFs remain available to everyone. Engineering is needed to save and revise calculations in shared projects; other authorised team members can read permitted reports without buying the add-on.
Under the proposal, calculators remain free without an account, and a free account would be required to issue, download or print a PDF. The proposed Free plan would not save calculations or report history. The current Beta workspace remains free and supports saved work. Engineering Pro, or a Teams seat with Engineering, adds saved work and revision history.
Contributors update assigned tasks, record their own time and expenses, and view permitted reports. With Engineering, they can author calculations on assigned projects. Workspace administration, invoicing and team-wide financial reporting remain full-seat capabilities, subject to role permissions.
The proposed trial is 14 days with no credit card and no automatic charge. It covers released paid features, including Engineering. Team trials include up to ten users and 10 GB; once voice is available, a ten-minute workspace sample is proposed. Coming-soon features become available to try only after release.
Pay for ten months and use the plan for twelve. The yearly toggle shows the equivalent monthly price, with the full annual charge underneath. Voice allowances still reset monthly. All prices are AUD excluding GST.
The proposal includes free read-only viewers for shared records. They cannot submit time or edit shared project work. Public calculators and free-account PDF reports remain available to everyone; saved engineering work in the team needs an Engineering add-on.
Claude and ChatGPT connection capability is proposed as included with paid memberships when released, using eligible customer accounts. This does not include unlimited AI usage funded by Ampacities. The iOS voice assistant is a separate optional paid add-on.
