§ 01 · Reaching us
Email [email protected] for anything — a result you want to interrogate, a bug, billing, or your data. We aim to reply within two business days (AWST). Include the document number (e.g. AMP-VD-0042) when a question concerns a saved calculation.
§ 02 · The Field app — common questions
Does it work offline? Yes — the calculators compute entirely on the phone with the same engines the website runs. Signing in and saving drafts to your register need a connection; computing never does.
Why do the numbers match the website exactly? Because they are the same engines, not a re-implementation. Every app release re-proves this byte-for-byte before it ships.
How do I cancel the subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ampacities Field → Cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Practices on Studio or Bureau plans have the app included — no separate subscription.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Account → Delete my account. Deletion is permanent and de-identifying, as the Privacy Policy § 09 describes. If you own a practice with other members, transfer ownership first; if a web-billing subscription is active, cancel it first.
Where do my drafts go? Saved drafts file into your practice register with AMP document numbers. Issuing, review and sign-off remain on ampacities.com — the app is the field instrument, the platform is the system of record.
